PCB has revealed Pakistan's kit for the World Cup Thunder Jersey 22, the main color of the kit is dark green while the stripes are made of light green and yellow.
On one side of the kit, the star of Pakistan cricket is prominent and on the other side is the logo of the World Cup, while on the right arm is the logo of the sponsors.
On the other hand, the Pakistan cricket team will wear a special kit in the first T20 International against England to raise awareness about the damage caused by the recent devastating floods in the country.
It is to be noted that 16 nations will compete in the T20 World Cup, which will begin on October 16 with Sri Lanka's match against Namibia in Geelong, the first time that Geelong will be hosted by Australia in the seven venues of the world event.
It should be remembered that on September 15, the chief selector of the national team, Muhammad Wasim, had announced the 15-member squads of Pakistan for the T20 World Cup and Hasan Ali has been dropped from the World Cup squad, while Fakhar Zaman has also been dropped from the squad due to injury.
Chief selector Muhammad Wasim said in a press conference that the announced squad for the series against New Zealand along with the World Cup will consist of 15 players.
He said that Babar Azam will lead the national team in the World Cup and New Zealand tour while Shadab Khan will be his deputy.
On the other hand, social media users are commenting on the jersey
Before the unveiling of the jersey, some pictures of it have been shared on social media, in one of which Pakistan team captain Babar Azam is wearing the new jersey.
On this new Pakistan cricket jersey, one user tweeted: ‘Maybe the designer likes watermelons’.
